Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed on greekfilo.co.uk with FILO – Greek Food Supplies Ltd (Company No. 17433491, registered office [ADDRESS]) (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Accounts

Orders can only be placed by registered customers whose account has been approved by us. We may refuse or close an account at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

2. Prices and discounts

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any customer-specific discount is applied automatically at checkout and may be changed or withdrawn by us with notice. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch.

3. Orders and payment

The minimum order value is £150 after discounts. All orders are prepaid by card or bank transfer. An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation; bank-transfer orders are scheduled once payment has cleared. Orders not paid within 3 days may be cancelled.

4. Delivery

We deliver to Greater London postcode areas on our published delivery days. Someone must be available to receive frozen goods; if delivery fails because nobody is available we may charge for redelivery. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Frozen goods, returns and refunds

Our products are perishable frozen foods and are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please inspect goods on delivery. If goods are damaged, thawed or incorrect, notify us the same day and we will replace or refund them. See our Refund & Returns policy.

6. Product information

Product descriptions, weights and images are provided in good faith. Ingredient and allergen information is printed on the packaging; please read it before use.

7. Business customers

For trade customers these terms form the whole agreement; no other terms apply unless agreed in writing. Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it, except where the law does not allow this.

8. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
