Free delivery across Greater London

We deliver with our own refrigerated vans, so your order stays frozen from our warehouse to your door. Delivery is free on every order.

Where we deliver

All Greater London postcode areas: E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W, WC, BR, CR, DA, EN, HA, IG, KT, RM, SM, TW, UB and WD. If your postcode is not accepted at checkout, please contact us – we may still be able to arrange delivery.

Delivery days & cut-off

We deliver three days a week: [DELIVERY DAYS]. Orders paid before [CUT-OFF TIME] are delivered on the next delivery day. You choose your preferred delivery day at checkout.

Minimum order

The minimum order value is £150 (after any customer discount). This applies to all customers, private and trade.

Payment

All orders are prepaid by card or bank transfer. Bank-transfer orders are scheduled for delivery once the payment has cleared.

On the day

Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and move it to a freezer straight away. Our driver will hand over the goods and ask for a signature. Frozen products cannot be left unattended.

Collection

We do not currently offer collection from our warehouse.
